Why you won’t see a Pink Gorilla in the uncanny valley?

As defined by Wikipedia, the uncanny valley “holds that when human replicas look and act almost, but not perfectly, like actual human beings, it causes a response of revulsion among human observers.”

So, based on this definition, the clown could be in the uncanny valley.  Both the purple people greeter and chicken are safely out of the valley.  If you want to avoid the “uncanny valley” buy apurple people greeter or a chicken robot.  If you want to brush up against the “uncanny valley”, try a clown robot!

Multiple Black Sign Fonts Available

There are two Black Sign fonts available.   Typically, this is not a problem.  But, sometimes one customer gets some of each font.  And, when this happens, SignsSeen has no choice but to get the letters swapped out so all customer letters are uniform.

The wider letters are the “old style”.  The new style is what is shipped by default.  Because the “new” letters are less wide, it allows for an additional letter or two to be added to each line.
